Working conditions (equipment use environment):

Safety protection:
1. The test area is composed entirely of high-temperature resistant and flame-retardant components (no plastic pipes, wires, rubber gaskets, seals, lubricants, engine oil, etc.), which can prevent damage to the equipment due to battery combustion and explosion.
2. The test area needs to have a high-strength, waterproof, rust-proof and corrosion-resistant design to avoid the adverse consequences of using water to extinguish fires during battery test combustion and explosion.
3. The equipment has an emergency stop switch, which can stop all tests in an emergency and cut off the power supply at the same time to avoid short-circuit hazards.
4. Limit protection device: The equipment is equipped with upper and lower limit protection devices.
5. The system is equipped with a protection module. When the pressure and time exceed the set value, the system automatically triggers the test stop and alarms.
6. The equipment has electrical safety that meets national standards and can effectively prevent and eliminate possible electric shock hazards to operators and maintenance personnel. During normal operation, except for the circuit part of the equipment, the outer shell of the equipment, the metal parts in the test box, etc. will not be charged. When an accident occurs to the equipment, such as fire, leakage, short circuit, etc., the equipment can automatically cut off the external input power so that no part of the equipment is energized.
7. The entire test area is installed with no electrical components, which are made of pure steel. Even if the battery burns during the test, it will not cause damage to the equipment.
8. Three-color indicator light: A three-color indicator light is installed on the top of the equipment to indicate the operating status of the equipment. It has an audible and visual alarm function, which can be manually eliminated after the fault response.
