This test machine conforms to IEC61855 Figure 9.
System Overview:
The test system adopts PLC control and computer operation, the test work of the equipment is completed automatically, and the test data is recorded, saved and the airflow report is generated automatically, which is characterized by accurate data, good repeatability, high efficiency and convenient data storage. The action mechanism adopts servo motor drive + precision sliding table transmission, to ensure the smooth running of the test process and displacement accuracy: the use of imported high-precision precision anemometers to measure wind speed, accurate test data: the test system is placed in the test room, the operator can be controlled remotely, and will not have an impact on the wind field.
Principle of the equipment:
PLC control is adopted to drive the moving arm of the anemometer through the Ho-serve motor to realize the testing of the wind speed of each point in the corresponding area of the hair dryer, and then calculate the wind volume of each point, and then sum up the wind volume of all the points with the wind speed value of not less than 24m/min, to arrive at the total wind volume of the hair dryer.

Test procedure:
1. Sample making: the heating function of the hair dryer is put into a non-working state.
2. Installation of the sample: Installation of the fixed sample, so that the hairpiece outlet and anemometer plane parallel, adjust the sample outlet end distance Dd anemometer 200m (axis), the sample is adjusted to the highest gear
3. To run the test, the automatic mechanism moves the anemometer located at the center of the air outlet in the positive direction of the shaft at a spacing of 5 until it detects a wind speed no greater than 2/n and stops. Back to the center point, and then detect the negative direction of the shaft
The anemometer will move in the positive direction of the shaft at a spacing of 5 until it detects a wind speed of not more than 24m/min and stops.
4. The automatic mechanism returns to the center point, moves along the 2-axis positive direction 5, and then repeats the third step. Repeat this until the wind speed in the positive direction of the Z-axis is detected to be no greater than 24m/min.
5. The automatic mechanism returns to the center point, moves 5 along the 2-axis negative direction, and then repeats the third step. This is repeated until the wind speed in the negative direction of the 2-axis is no more than 2m/min.
6. Record the wind speed at all points, and calculate the wind volume at each point by the following equation:

Calculate the total air volume of the specimen based on the calculated air volume at each point and the number of squares traveled by the automatic mechanism.
