Application:
Electrostatic Discharge Immunity Test mainly checks the discharge (direct discharge) caused when a person or an object touches the device and the impact on the device when a person or an object discharges (indirectly discharges) to nearby objects of the device.
Test Principle:
The intelligent electrostatic discharge generator is a high-reliability, which is specially designed according to the characteristics and requirements of the electrostatic discharge immunity test. IEC mode test, HBM mode test and MM mode test can be easily carried out by changing the discharge modules.
Structure:
Electrostatic discharge can produce 1-50A discharge current in 0.5-20ns time. Although the current is large but due to the short duration, so less energy. Electrostatic discharge generally does not harm people but may have devastating effects on electronic products such as integrated circuit chips.
Use Environment:

Ambient temperature: 5 °C ~ +40 °C, there should be no high concentration of dust, corrosive gas, flammable and explosive objects.
