Test purpose: Used to test the load switching capacity of switches for controlling self-ballasted lamps.
Test principle: Switches used to control self-ballasted lamps should withstand the electrical and thermal stresses that occur when controlling LED circuits without excessive damage or other harmful effects. The purpose is to assess whether there is continuous arc flash in the switch, whether the contacts are welded, whether the contacts are closed or disconnected for a long time, and whether there is excessive wear and other harmful consequences.
Equipment structure and characteristics:
The load cabinet adopts an integral steel structure frame and Toyota white sealing plate. At the top of the front is the operation control panel. There are control power switches, product test voltage and power display instruments, alarms and touch screens, etc. It also contains resistor and capacitor load combinations, AC contactors, and relays. There are terminals under the cabinet, which are connected to the products in the testing machine through wires to output current and provide load during the testing process. The equipment mainly has the following features:
1. This load cabinet has been preset with standard load conditions before leaving the factory. As long as the test voltage is adjusted to 250V~ and the operator presses the switch button with the same rated current as the switch under test, its rated power, impulse waveform, Ipeak and I2t will meet the corresponding requirements of the standard.
2. It is easy and intuitive to use, with digital display of input voltage and output power, and the pointer ammeter can observe the current impact.
3. There are 3 stations, which can test 3 switches at the same time.
4. With metering mode and dedicated metering port, built-in 90-degree closing plate, it is convenient to measure the output waveform, Ipeak current value and I2t energy value, fully meeting the standard requirements for equipment measurement.
5. This equipment is equipped with a voltage regulator, and can reach the voltage of 250V~ required for switch testing without an external voltage regulator.
