The equipment adopts Mitsubishi PLC and stepper motor control, with all stainless-steel mechanical hand, vacuum suction structure, standard TFT true color LCD touch screen, can preset test angle and speed, simulated a human hand to open and close the door of microwave ovens and similar equipment, achieve intelligent control. The machine frame is made of high-grade aluminum alloy profile, and the mechanical arm is installed on the support of the frame, can satisfy left open and upper open door endurance test of different size. The power supply socket has the function of detecting, which can judge whether the test sample is electrified; during load test, if the test sample is not electrified during the test, the equipment will be automatically shut down.
