Application:
1. The device is used for mechanical endurance test to door system includes a hinge structure , microwave seals and other related components of microwave ovens, ovens, refrigerators and freezers, etc.
2. The device is used for durability test of the interlocking device of the doors, also can be used to assist other tests for door repeated opening and closing operations, such as during refrigerator defrost test and refrigerant leakage test.

Feature: The equipment adopts PLC and servo motor control, with all stainless steel mechanical arms, vacuum suction structure, standard TFT true color LCD touch screen, can preset test angle and speed, simulated a human hand to open and close the door of microwave ovens and similar equipment, achieve intelligent control. The machine frame is made of high grade aluminum alloy profile, and the mechanical arms are installed on the columns, can satisfy left open and upper open door endurance test of different size. The power supply socket has the function of detecting, which can judge whether the test sample is electrified; during load test, if the test sample is not electrified during the test, the equipment will be automatically shut down. This feature can be enabled on the demands.
Structure: The equipment combines of electrical control cabinet (including load voltage regulating device), frame and mechanical arms.
