Product Overview:

 

This temperature and humidity chamber is required by IEC60335-1 clause 15, etc.

This test chamber is used for cold, heat, humidity and dryness testing of raw materials and devices such as electronics, electricians, electrical appliances, plastics, etc. The purpose is to confirm the products reliability of storage and transportation under high and low temperature alternating heat and humidity.

Structure:

 

This machine adopts a closed chamber structure with the following features:

A. It has an extremely wide temperature and humidity control range to meet the various needs of users.

B. It adopts a unique balanced temperature adjustment and humidity control mode to adjust the ideal temperature and humidity environment. The heating and humidification capability are stable and balanced, and the temperature and humidity control are high-precision and high-stability.

C. Automatic selection of refrigeration circuit: The automatic control device has the ability of automatically starting the running refrigeration circuit according to the set value of temperature, can start the cooling directly under the high temperature state.

The refrigeration adopts the air-cooled condensing unit with fully enclosed compressor (imported).

D. The door is equipped with an observation window, which is convenient for observing the test state of the test sample.

Heating System

Heating method: electric heating

Adopting the latest new ceramic heating frame, the ceramic material is resistant to high temperature and with good insulation, will not cause leakage short circuit phenomenon. The middle is connected with German imported heating wire, the wire diameter is thick, high temperature resistance and dry burning resistance. The quartz glass tube is inserted in the middle of the heating wire, to prevent the short circuit fault due to heating wire contacting metal chamber.

Thermal cycling: forced circulation air duct to ensure the heat transfer of the heater, to prevent local temperature is too high and to ensure the required temperature in the working chamber.

Humidification System

Humidifying method: adopting external humidifying structure, transmitted through the air duct. Advantages are stable speed, small influence on the temperature of the inner box, stable temperature rise, and ideal humidification effect.

Humidifying tube: U-shape design plus over-temperature probe hole, heating wire and heating system using the same imported brand materials, with anti-dry burning function, to ensure that the humidifying tube has a long service life and is durable.

HUMIDIFICATION AND REPLENISHMENT: There is a drawer type water filler box. The water level can be visually checked by the level display scale on the circulating water tank. The water level is automatically controlled. Equipped with a water shortage alarm.

Through the temperature and humidity curve interface, data changes and processes can be recorded; through the standard R232 interface or USB stick communication interface, data can be downloaded.
