IEC 60598-1 Luminaires Thermal Testing Aging Rack For Road Lamp Test Computer Control
Product Information:
The luminaires thermal aging rack is designed and produced based on IEC60598-1:2021 and the test sample’s form, material, maximum dimensions, heaviest weight and other data provided by the user. It is used to simulate the on-off aging test of street lights, while monitoring the temperature rise to determine whether there is any impact on the usage and verify its reliability.
This equipment adopts PLC intelligent control with mature technology, an optional computer control model, equipped with a voltage-adjustable voltage regulator, each layer is independently controlled, and different samples can be tested at the same time. At the same time, it is equipped with a 64-channel temperature meter, which can monitor the sample temperature rise in real-time.
Test principle:
The output voltage is adjusted through the voltage regulator to provide power to the lamp samples. The PLC intelligent control system can control the opening and closing of the lamps according to the preset on-off time, and each layer is controlled independently. The touchscreen version of the temperature detector is external and monitors the temperature rise of the lamp in real time. The computer version of the temperature inspection instrument is built-in and communicates with the computer. It can form a temperature-time curve on the computer and control the power supply on and off according to the temperature rise.
