IEC 60245-1 Cable Clamping Device For DC Resistance Measurement Of Power Cables
Product information:
This product is used for DC resistance measurement of various power cables and electrical equipment wires and cables. It can also be used to measure the DC resistance of other conductor materials.
Technical parameters:
1. The scope of application of the sample: 1mm2~630 mm2 single or multiple stranded conductor core.
2. Two voltage chuck spacing: 100~1000mm
3. Overall size: 1460×210×120 mm
4. Adaptive bridge: four-point measurement method of any bridge
Operation steps:
1. Adjust the distance. Since the clamp of this clamp is adjustable, the operator needs to check whether the distance between the two voltage clamps is 1m before measuring. The fixture must be regularly checked for 1 meter length by the local calibration department.
2. Adjust the distance between two adjacent current fixtures and voltage fixtures. The distance should be no less than 1.5 times the circumference of the cross-section of the sample being tested.
3. Wiring. Connect the bridge to the bridge clamp. Connect the wires between the two voltage clamps in the clamp.
4. Install the specimen. Unscrew the two current clamps and place the sample in the current clamps ① and ④. Straighten the specimen and clamp it. Turn the tensioning handle ⑥ to tighten the sample (do not use excessive force). Then gently clamp the voltage clamps ② and ③ until there is effective contact.
5. Start the test and record it.
