Application: This product is designed for testing electrical products to assess whether the enclosures and seals can maintain the equipment and components' performance in rain environments. The product adopts a scientific design, enabling it to realistically simulate various environmental conditions such as drip, rainfall, splash, and water spray. With an advanced control system and the application of variable frequency technology, the rotation angle of the rainfall specimen rack, the swing angle of the spray arm, and the spray volume frequency can all be automatically adjusted.

Automatic spray system

1. The spray rack is made of formed aluminum profiles, with a set of IPX5 up and down swinging nozzles, which are independently controlled.

 

2.The movable IPX5 spray nozzle system includes a total of 6 pcs of spray nozzles. One of the IPX5 spray nozzles is positioned at the top for testing the top of the energy storage cabinet. The remaining 5 pcs of IPX5 spray nozzles are located in the middle of the system, each capable of vertical (up and down) swinging with a swing angle of ±15°.

Control System This system is designed according to the technical requirements of the rain test. The system is equipped with a manual control function.
Manual control of the system The logical operation of all electrical components in the spraying system is controlled by PLC programming. The spraying time is managed through a timer switch, and the duration can be adjusted as needed
PLC System

1) The PLC program should have reliable interlocking protection for each action, and its peripheral circuit should have reliable protection for PLC output. When electrical control fails, there should be shutdown protection, signal display and alarm functions, etc. Fuses should be set at PLC output points.

2) After each test, the nozzle starts from the bottom and has a return to origin function;

3) Program operation mode: The total operation time can be set. In the program of total time, the spraying time and moving distance of a single point can be set. When the total test time is reached, it can stop automatically.

Control cabinet

Emergency stop button
