Application: This product is designed for testing electrical products to assess whether the enclosures and seals can maintain the equipment and components' performance in rain environments. The product adopts a scientific design, enabling it to realistically simulate various environmental conditions such as drip, rainfall, splash, and water spray. With an advanced control system and the application of variable frequency technology, the rotation angle of the rainfall specimen rack, the swing angle of the spray arm, and the spray volume frequency can all be automatically adjusted.

Automatic spray system |
1. The spray rack is made of formed aluminum profiles, with a set of IPX5 up and down swinging nozzles, which are independently controlled.
2.The movable IPX5 spray nozzle system includes a total of 6 pcs of spray nozzles. One of the IPX5 spray nozzles is positioned at the top for testing the top of the energy storage cabinet. The remaining 5 pcs of IPX5 spray nozzles are located in the middle of the system, each capable of vertical (up and down) swinging with a swing angle of ±15°.
3.There are 6 pcs nozzles in total, each equipped with a mechanical flow meter, with individual flow meters controlling the flow for each nozzle.
