The main specimens of this equipment: passenger cars, buses, lamps, motorcycles and other vehicles and their parts.
This equipment can simulate the cleaning process conditions of high pressure/steam jet cleaning to test the physical and other related properties of the specimens.
After the test, it can be judged whether the performance of the product meets the requirements. It is convenient for product design, improvement, verification and factory inspection.
This equipment complies with IEC60529, DIN40050-9, ISO20653 and other standards.
The test function (IPX9K) is used for the inspection of electrical products with enclosure protection level IEC (IP supplement code enhanced test). It is manufactured according to the relevant specifications in the DIN40050 standard. This waterproof tester can provide test conditions simulating natural environment/human factors for automobile and motorcycle parts, motor and electronics industries.
Equipment Use Conditions:
1. Environmental conditions: temperature 20℃~30℃ relative temperature ≤85%RH.
2. Power supply: AC380V 50HZ three-phase five-wire + protective ground wire. The user is required to configure an air or power switch of corresponding capacity for the equipment at the installation site. And this switch must be independent and dedicated to this equipment.
3. Power capacity: The grounding resistance of the protective ground wire is less than 4Ω.
4. Power: about 12KW (no load)
5. Safety protection device: phase sequence protection, leakage protection, alarm sound prompt.

Test Method |
(1) The top and five surfaces of the test sample are sprayed with water in turn. (2) When the shell is tested in test a) and test b), the water temperature should be maintained at (80±5)℃. (3) For small enclosures (maximum size ≤ 250 mm): The enclosure should be installed on the test device. Rotation speed: (5±1) r/min. Spray angle: 0°, 30°, 60°, 90°. The test time for each position is 30 seconds. (4) For large enclosures (maximum size ≥ 250 mm): The enclosure should be installed according to the intended use. The entire outer surface of the enclosure will be sprayed. Spray direction: Spray from all directions to cover the entire surface of the enclosure. And the spray angle should be as perpendicular to the spray surface as possible. The distance between the nozzle and the test sample under test conditions is (175±25) mm, at least 3 minutes. |
Water spraying time |
The basic reference test time is 2 minutes per square meter. The time to complete the entire track can be set. It can be set in about 500 seconds (3.96 square meters). When setting, you can enter the dimensions according to the product's overall dimensions of length, width and height, and the system will automatically complete the test running track for orderly testing. After the test is completed, the nozzle returns to the origin, and the device gives an audible and visual prompt. |
