Sample scope, purpose, principle:
Samples and restrictions: wireless signal jammers, telecommunications equipment.
Test purpose: To test whether wireless signal jammers and telecommunications equipment can ensure good performance of equipment and components under high-pressure water spraying environment. The purpose is to verify the protective performance of the product's shell when exposed to rain according to QM-333 Test No.14.
Test principle: The equipment uses a lifting platform to fix the workpiece and controls the water supply pump head through PLC frequency conversion. Ensure that the 8-way nozzle meets the standard requirements for water pressure and total water supply flow, so that the test equipment can generate water flow or water pressure on the 4 sides and top surface of the sample shell. After the test time is completed, the water spraying stops automatically.
Structure:
This device consists of a stainless steel waterproof box, a water spraying mechanism, a liftable platform and an electrical control cabinet.
1. The waterproof box adopts a double-layer box structure, the inner box is made of 304 stainless steel, the outer box is made of cold plate paint, and transparent tempered glass is installed in the front and back. The bottom of the waterproof box is a water storage tank for water supply and return, which recycles the test water and has an automatic water replenishment device.
2. The 8-way nozzles are arranged as follows: one on each of the front, rear, left, and right sides, and one on each of the top four diagonals at 45° downwards, a total of 8 nozzles. A pressure gauge is arranged at the front end of each pipe to monitor the pipeline pressure. The side nozzle is located at the center of the side of the sample, and the top nozzle is located at the four diagonal positions of the top of the sample. The position of the nozzle can be appropriately adjusted to ensure that the distance between the nozzle and the sample surface is appropriate.
3. Use a liftable sample installation platform to match sample requirements of different heights, so that the side nozzle is always located at the center of the side of the sample. The supporting surface of the platform is a fence structure to avoid water accumulation.
4. The control cabinet is integrated with the waterproof box and arranged on the right side of the front of the waterproof box. It is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC and operated by touch screen. It can display test time, total test water flow, test status, alarm information, etc.
