Application: used for conducting IPX5 waterproof testing on outdoor ESS systems, the automatic spraying system is applied to the front, rear, left, right, and top surfaces of the outdoor ESS system.
The equipment consists mainly of a water collection pool, water storage tank, water replenishment system, drainage system, spraying system, electrical control system, and pump system.

1. The equipment occupies a floor area of 6.5m (length) × 6.5m (width) × 3m (height), with a door opening size of 2000mm × 2800mm, featuring manual double doors made of tempered glass. Please have the user provide the site layout plan. (Refer to the construction site plan for details.) 2.The frame is made of stainless steel (100mm fingerprint-resistant stainless steel square tube), with tempered glass (10mm thickness) and magnesium oxide board (height 1200mm). The platform base protrudes 50-80mm above the floor level, made of concrete. The water pool is recessed, allowing for water recycling. 3. Water pool drainage: The bottom of the pool is equipped with a drainage valve. The bottom edge is fitted with a water guide groove directing water to the drainage outlet. Drainage pipes should be connected through the floor slab to the wastewater pipes in the restroom. 4. Laboratory floor: Stainless steel surface. 5. Laboratory door: Double doors made of tempered glass, with waterproof sealing strips along the door edges. 6. IPX5 automatic spraying system |
1.The spraying frame is made of formed aluminum profiles, with one set on each side (left-right, front-back). All four units are controlled simultaneously for spraying.
2. Automatic spraying: The IPX5 spray gun mechanism includes 6 nozzles on both the left and right sides, as well as the front and rear. The nozzles feature left-right (up-down) oscillation with a swing angle of ±30°.
3.The left side IPX5 spray gun mechanism has 6 nozzles: One nozzle at the top is used for testing the top of the outdoor ESS system. The 5 middle nozzles on the left side can tilt and spray inward and outward at a 15° angle. When the spraying mechanism moves to the rear of the outdoor ESS system, the nozzles automatically swing 15° to the left for spraying the left side surface.
4.The right side IPX5 spray gun mechanism has 6 nozzles, with one nozzle at the top used for testing the top of the outdoor ESS system. The 5 middle nozzles on the right side can tilt and spray inward and outward at a 15° angle. When the spraying mechanism moves to the rear of the outdoor ESS system, the nozzles automatically swing 15° to the right for spraying the right side surface.
